Since its creation in 2010, the biennial Pacific Northwest Apprenticeship Education Conference (PNWAEC), has brought together apprenticeship champions from across the United States and Canada to exchange resources, strategies and best practices to support registered apprenticeship.

Cash Sponsorships

Cash sponsorship provides a classic sponsorship experience, putting your name in front of attendees where it counts. A limited number of each sponsorship level is available for sponsorship, secure your place early to guarantee the best exposure for your organization.

Platinum Sponsor $7,500

Business Lounge $2000

 

Provide attendees with a much-needed quiet space to get down to business during the conference. The business lounge is a dedicated place to sit back with a laptop or cell phone and catch up on important matters away from the hustle and bustle of the conference halls.

Professional Headshot Station $2000

We want everyone to walk away from the conference feeling better prepared to tackle business back at the office, and a professional headshot station will help refresh that image for each attendee. Every participant will have online access to their headshot after the event, and will remember your organization for providing* that opportunity.

*PNWAEC will secure and manage the photographer. No coordination is required by the sponsor.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Sponsorships will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis and are not confirmed until the sponsorship invoice has been issued and paid.

  • Sponsorship benefits have varying deadlines. To ensure we are able to fulfill all of the sponsorship deliverables, please submit sponsorship payment and logo(s) no later than Friday, September 28. Although we will do our best to accommodate all sponsorship requests, any requests or changes submitted after this date are subject to loss of sponsor benefits.

  • Logo requirements:

    • Logo #1: High resolution logo in EPS format for printing

    • Logo #2: Medium to high resolution photo in JPEG or PNG format for digital use.
