Marc Casale is the founder and CEO of Kinetic West, a Seattle-based social impact consulting firm. At Kinetic West, Marc leads projects supporting the Gates Foundation, Washington Roundtable, WA STEM, Challenge Seattle, and others.
Prior to Kinetic West, Marc was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group’s Seattle office, working on a variety of education- and public sector-focused projects from school district mergers to charter school expansion plans and procurement for the Port of Seattle.
Before joining the Boston Consulting Group, Marc worked as a 5th grade teacher in the Bronx, earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a master's in teaching from Pace University in New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
Marc also serves on the board of Techbridge Girls.
