Exhibiting at the Pacific Northwest Apprenticeship Education Conference is a great way for your company or organization to connect with businesses in a variety of industries, education institutions, and government.
Exhibitor booth details
Each exhibitor will get a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, and tablecloth.
Please review the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center (Convention Center) Guidelines that are attached to the exhibitor booth form.
For Exhibitor Utilities: please make arrangements directly with the Convention Center at least thirty (30) days prior to the event if your booth needs electricity, air, water, drain, telephone, etc. Orders may be placed on their website, tacomaconventioncenter.org/exhibit.
Booth set-up will begin the morning of December 4, 2018, from 6:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m.
The exhibitor fee is $100 plus the cost of conference registration for each person working the exhibitor table.

Please register each person who will work the exhibitor table and complete all of the information to ensure your exhibitor form is processed.
